// thesis

  1. 01

    Building got cheap. Knowing what to build didn’t.

  2. 02

    Small teams. Agents that never stop.

  3. 03

    Agents do the work. A person signs off.

// AX · agentic experience

AX, our method.

Agentic experience means designing how people and agents work together: the agent handles the volume, the person decides.

agent

Handles the volume

  • Reads, cross-checks, verifies
  • Drafts and prepares
  • Runs every day, nonstop
person

Decides

  • Sets the criteria
  • Approves or corrects
  • Owns the relationships

// how it works

From first access to first decision.

  1. We connect

    To the systems you already use, read-only. No new data entry, no side spreadsheets, no switching systems.

  2. We learn

    The agents learn your business: processes, customers, rhythm and goals. Every rule becomes a written criterion.

  3. The agents work

    They handle the volume every day, overnight included: they check, cross-reference and prepare each delivery.

  4. You decide

    A short summary with only what needs your call. You approve, correct or reject, and it all gets logged.

// integrates with

Reads what your operation already uses.

Media and analytics

  • Google Analytics 4
  • Google Ads
  • Meta Ads
  • Instagram
  • Google Merchant Center

Support and messaging

  • WhatsApp Business
  • Resend
  • MailerLite

Data and tax

  • SEFAZ · NFC-e
  • Serpro · NF-e
  • Loteria Federal
  • Oracle Database

Operations and collaboration

  • Twenty CRM
  • Asana
  • Microsoft 365

AI models

  • Claude · Anthropic
  • Claude Code
  • ChatGPT · OpenAI
  • Codex
  • Gemini
  • Llama · Meta
  • Mistral
  • DeepSeek
  • Grok · xAI
  • Perplexity

And whatever else you use: we start by reading your systems.

// rules we don't bend

Volume is machine work. Judgment is yours.

Read-only
on your systems

Agents read. They don't write. Your critical systems never depend on us.

Human approval
on every action

The agent prepares, a person approves. Every decision gets logged.

Every client
in its own vault

Data never mixes. It's enforced by code, not by attention.

Tested
before release

Every change runs through automated checks on a copy first.

// questions

What people ask before starting.

Short answers for decision makers.

How long does it take?

It depends on the step. Training and diagnosis have a set start and end. Building follows the map, shipping to production one piece at a time.

Do we need IT?

You need someone from IT at the diagnosis table. The agent engineering is ours: your team doesn't need to code.

Where does my data live?

In your company's own account, database and keys. Agents have read-only access, and personal data follows Brazil's LGPD, with safeguards built into the code.

Where do we start?

With a 30-minute conversation. It sets the first step: training your team or diagnosing where agents fit.

What if an agent gets it wrong?

It doesn't act alone. Every action goes through a person on your team before it ships, and every decision gets logged.

Tell us what your company wants to solve. In 30 minutes, we'll show you where agents fit.
